A Schedule of Adjustments is implemented by the Disability and Learning Support Service after a meeting with them has taken place.
It is a list of modifications to support your teaching and learning.
Examples could include:
- Adjustments to coursework and specific examination arrangements
- Extra time on short loan or reserve books
- Giving you information about available technology and personal assistance (such as note-takers, proof-readers or dyslexia tutors)
- Tasks to be broken down into smaller chunks if requested
Please contact the Disability and Learning Support Service to arrange a meeting if you have a disability, learning difficulty or health condition that affects your studies. Please note, this can also include short term difficulties including, for example, a broken arm that makes it difficult for you to write.
