Results and Provisional Marks

Results release dates, accessing results and getting support.

Provisional marks and grades

We will always try to release the marks and feedback from your assessments as quickly as we can. It is essential that you are aware of the following:

  • The marks for all assessments are provisional until ratified by a Board of Examiners.
  • Provisional marks can be increased or decreased by the Board of Examiners.
  • Ratified final course marks will be published electronically through EUCLID.

You can find out more about how your coursework and exams are marked on our Grading page.

Release dates for results and progression

After we hold our Boards of Examiner and Progression Board meetings, we will publish ratified marks, awards and decisions as soon as we can.

Published decisions will appear on EUCLID. You should receive an email to notify you when it is time to check EUCLID.

The dates by which we aim to publish decisions can be found in the Key Dates for the academic year.

Where to find more information or help

You can find out more about progression through your degree on our Progression page.

If you are surprised by your results, you may feel that you want to appeal. Please refer to the Appeals page for information on the grounds for appeals.
