Become a Sustainability Champion, volunteer for the School-wide Sustainability Group or individual building groups.

 For laboratories

  • ​​​​​​Raise the temperature of your ULT freezer to -70°C.
  • Regularly defrost and clean the filters on your ULT freezer.
  • Increase the holding temperature of your PCR runs from 4°C to 10°C.
  • Switch off your fume cupboard when not in use.
  • Reduce the use of hazardous chemicals.
