The SBS Re-Use hub is for any working equipment, furniture or clean, non-hazardous consumables you no longer require. Document Declaration of contamination status form (47.85 KB / DOCX) If there is storage space available and you have chosen this option, the buildings team will get in touch to take the item. Await someone claiming your item. If the expiry date passes without anyone claiming your item, the buildings team will get in touch about what to do next. Claiming Items Contact the person named on the information page for the item. If the item is large, heavy or has any special requirements such as 3-phase power or plumbing connections, the new location MUST be approved by your building manager. The claimant is responsible for transporting the item to its new location. The claimant or the original owner should contact the buildings team to have the item removed from the list.
