Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Celebrating the diversity that exists within our extensive community of scientists.

Equity recognizes that each individual has different circumstances, this reflects the ethos of the DRP-HCB where we recognise, respect and value peoples differences and encourage everyone to contribute and realise their full potential.

The DRP-HCB operates to the highest standards of equity, diversity and inclusion  practices, upholding policies set out by the UoE.  We work with and support the Wellcome Centre for Cell Biology (WCB) Equity, diversity and Inclusion (EDI) committee, and aim to ensure that all employees are well represented, to identify their needs, and to establish how to support employees.
