Linking DRP-HCB technologies with each other and with researchers. To achieve our vision of cross-disciplinarity the Data Integration Core will establish a new computational team working across DRP-HCB to link technologies with each other and with researchers. A holistic, systems view of biological processes relies on integrating vast and diverse data types and the development of suitable analysis, curation and visualisation tools. Data Integration Technologists work across the cores, connecting different data types and training users in analysis and visualisation, thus making the Hidden Cell Discovery Research Platform data and discoveries broadly accessible and reusable.
