ImageJ

All our Imaging Computers have ImageJ/Fiji installed. This open-source software can be used for most image processing and analysis tasks and opens all proprietary file formats from our microscopes.

ImageJ/Fiji

The functionality of ImageJ can be extended through the installation of plugins and use of macros to automate pipelines. The LMC staff are available to design and write bespoke plugins to solve your image analysis problems. Example of some plugins we’ve written can be found below.
