Natalia Takes Spectral Flow to the Next Level

Natalia recently presented at a SONY ID7000 user day attended by researchers from around Scotland. She prepared a thorough beginner’s guide to all the steps of spectral multiparameter flow cytometry – from experimental design up to data analysis and presentation. Natalia is currently working on expanding her panels even further (currently sitting at around 25 colours!) and has just developed a panel jointly with Anna for blood analysis allowing for longitudinal studies with mice infected with Schisto.

MacDonald Lab at EMDS 2025

Andrew helped organise the 38th EMDS meeting in Edinburgh, where the MacDonald Lab was well represented, with Vivien and Natalia winning poster awards—congratulations to both! The conference ended on a high, full of inspiration, and the lab showed off their ceilidh moves, as evident from their post-ceilidh glow.
