Funding and Support

Read about the funding and support that is making the St Kilda Soay Sheep project possible.

The Soay sheep research project on Hirta takes place with the permission of the National Trust for Scotland which owns the islands and NatureScot (Scottish Natural Heritage) which has oversight of conservation on the islands. The project also could not operate without the logistical support of QinetiQ, and Eurest.
