Neha has successfully completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (PGCTLHE) from the University of Cambridge (2020) and is an Associate Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (2018).
Neha has been interested in pedagogical research in the following areas:
- 'Socially critical' genetics teaching and learning in higher education
- Teachers and students conceptions of feedback
- Compassion and well-being in higher education
- Systems thinking in education
